Wesley Tartt

With a strong foundation in leadership and technical expertise developed through his service in the U.S. Army National Guard, Wesley brings a disciplined, solutions-oriented approach to every project. As a squad leader specializing in wheel, track, and artillery repair, he honed critical skills in problem-solving, coordination, and high-pressure decision-making.

Since transitioning into the construction industry, Wesley has spent more than five years managing a wide range of residential and multifamily projects—from ground-up builds to complex renovations. He remains actively involved in all phases of construction, with hands-on experience in framing, drywall, plumbing, and electrical work. His commitment to quality, attention to detail, and clear communication ensures projects are executed smoothly and meet the highest standards.

Outside of work, Wesley enjoys time outdoors tackling home improvement projects, exploring motorsports, and riding SXS trails through the mountains of West Virginia. He also values every moment spent with his wife, Hannah, and their two adventurous sons, Kaison and Layton.
