Matt Potter is a Superintendent at Eno Company with more than 7 years of experience in the construction industry, including the past 5 years in commercial construction. He started his career in residential building right after high school, then pursued a college degree before transitioning to commercial roofing and eventually joining a general contractor in the multifamily sector.

In his position, Matt has supervised the work of various trades, often managing operations with 30 to 50 people on site at the same time. Renowned for his quick problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and steady leadership, he excels at keeping complex projects on schedule and ensuring smooth collaboration among teams.

Committed to delivering high-quality results, Matt brings management expertise and a client-focused approach to every project, contributing to successful outcomes from planning through completion.

Outside of work, Matt values spending quality time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys outdoor activities with friends, such as hunting and fishing.
