Jonathan Segers

As an Assistant Project Manager, Jonathan Segers plays a key role in supporting project teams to ensure smooth and successful execution. His responsibilities span project buyout, procurement tracking, change management, and overall project delivery.

A North Carolina native, Jonathan earned his B.S. in Construction Management from East Carolina University. He launched his career with DPR Construction in California, where he served as a Project Engineer on an OSHPD 1 demo/make-ready project for a cancer research hospital in Duarte.

After returning to North Carolina, Jonathan advanced into project management, taking on his current role as Assistant Project Manager. He has since worked across several sectors—including life science, healthcare, commercial, and hospitality—with notable experience on a mission-critical project at Duke University Medical Center. There, he was involved in replacing the entire electrical distribution system for one of Duke’s major science research facilities.

Known for his technical acumen and attention to detail, Jonathan thrives on building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and trade partners to deliver high-performing projects.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Kaylee. His hobbies include motocross, snowboarding, and playing golf.
