Jenny McDonnell

Jenny McDonnell leads business development at Eno Company, concentrating on establishing enduring client relationships and generating opportunities in the commercial, life science, and mission-critical sectors. A native of Raleigh and a graduate of NC State, Jenny possesses an extensive network and profound understanding of the development landscape in the Triangle.

Before joining Eno, Jenny spearheaded business development for the Raleigh office of a national architecture and design firm, where she forged partnerships with developers, educational institutions, municipalities, and community organizations. Her career has been marked by her enthusiasm for connecting people and promoting collaboration.

Beyond her professional role, Jenny is actively engaged in the Triangle’s professional community through organizations like ULI, NAIOP, NCEDA, and the Raleigh and Cary Chambers of Commerce. She is also a committed volunteer with Dress for Success Triangle and other local nonprofits.

As a natural connector, Jenny excels at bringing people together to advance both projects and community. When she's not meeting with clients or colleagues, she enjoys exploring Raleigh's coffee shops, playing pickleball and golf, and spending time outdoors with her two dogs, Annie and Barrett.
