Glenn Usher joined Eno Company in June 2025 after relocating from England to North Carolina with his wife and daughter. He brings over 30 years of construction industry experience, offering deep technical expertise and proven leadership across complex projects.

Glenn has successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of work spanning higher education, healthcare, hospitality, residential, technical facilities, and commercial developments. His strength lies in leading projects from early concept through final delivery, ensuring operational excellence, quality execution, and rigorous safety standards throughout every phase.

With 15 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC installer, Glenn combines executive oversight with a strong understanding of field operations. This practical foundation enables him to lead teams effectively, mitigate risk, and consistently exceed client expectations.

A driven and highly motivated professional, Glenn is committed to continuous improvement, team development, and delivering long-term value to clients and partners.

Outside of work, Glenn enjoys exploring North Carolina and looks forward to discovering many new places across the United States with his family. Having traveled extensively throughout Europe, he and his family are excited to make new connections, embrace new experiences, and learn local traditions as they build their future in America.
