Training Room

This project involved the 2,200 SF demolition

and renovation of existing office space to

create a modern 100-person training and all-

hands assembly room for the client’s business

unit. The scope transformed dated offices into

a flexible environment designed for large team

meetings, presentations, and training

sessions. Work included construction of a new

breakroom and catering area to support daily

use and company events. Work was completed

within a fully occupied building, requiring

careful coordination to ensure zero disruption

to ongoing operations. In addition to new MEP

systems throughout, the new architectural

finishes included Turf felt baffle ceilings, Turf

acoustical slat wall systems, custom millwork

and upholstery, wood veneer panels, accent

lighting, a glass operable partition system, and

glass storefront assemblies.
