Before the client acquired the building, Eno Company conducted investigations to document the current conditions comprehensively and accurately. Eno Company also offered extensive procurement services for the new laboratory equipment and mechanical systems to prevent any procurement delays. The project scope involved the interior demolition of existing finishes and MEPs, removal of the elevated concrete slab for the atrium and monumental stair, installation of all new MEP systems, a new elevator, high-end architectural finishes, infrastructure to support a full-scale training lab, exterior metal panels, and a site amenity space. Level 1 features an entertainment area with a bar, stage, golf simulator, multipurpose room, and simulated GMP training lab. Level 2 contains executive offices and conference rooms.
