Crabtree Terrace Spec Suites

After successfully completing a tenant improvement on the 6th floor of Crabtree Terrace, JLL proposed to Eno Company the construction of speculative offices for the rest of the 6th floor. The project team offered preconstruction assistance by compiling several budget updates and performing value engineering throughout the design and development phase. This project featured Falkbuilt demountable walls and glass storefronts, LED lighting, exposed ceilings, new break rooms and millwork, new mechanical systems, fire protection, and pickleball courts.
