HDR Raleigh Upfit

The HDR Raleigh project consisted of a 3-

phase, occupied renovation to existing

Class-A office space in the Charter Square

building in Downtown Raleigh. The project

was spread across 3-floors and was

planned and executed to allow for the

client to remain within the building to

reduce their downtime as renovations

occurred. The project consisted of

demolition of existing architectural and

MEP systems, new conference rooms,

huddle rooms, open offices, copy/print

areas, and multiple breakrooms. Finishes

included acoustical wall treatments,

exposed ceilings, sealed concrete, new

architectural millwork, ACT ceilings with

custom axiom trim, new carpet flooring

and glass wall systems.
