Triangle Life Amenity

Eno Company secured this project after a competitive bid. The project took place in an occupied facility and involved a complete renovation of the fitness center along with the adjacent restrooms and locker rooms. The scope included the demolition of existing finishes, saw cutting and pouring backs of the slab on grade for new plumbing infrastructure, new millwork, restroom finishes, lighted mirrors, appliances, exposed ceilings with dryfall painting, LED lighting, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical upgrades. This project represents Eno Company’s first collaboration directly with Longfellow, one of the area's largest and most reputable real estate management firms.
