DESCRIPTION:

The SBM Life Science project consisted of a fast-paced interior fit up within an occupied building. The project team took extra measures to ensure there were no interruptions to adjacent tenants by coordinating disruptive work during off hours. The project’s scope of work included new architectural finishes, operable partition, millwork feature walls, LED lighting, all glass storefront entrances throughout, underground electrical and plumbing, and extensive AV systems. Eno Company worked collaboratively with the end users to ensure proper infrastructure and spacing for owner furnished equipment, early turnover of an MDF and IDF room, and coordination of owner provided furniture systems.
