The  Biopharma Tenant Improvement project is a fast paced build out of first-generation Class-A office space located on the 6th floor of an occupied building in Raleigh, NC. Eno Company was selected as a partner at the early stages of the project to provide input on constructability, material availability, detailed estimates, and value engineering opportunities as design developed. The project’s expedited schedule is on track due to Eno’s ability to understand current market conditions, local trade partner and supplier relationships, and a buyout strategy that allowed for procurement to begin before finalizing the entire design. The project will consist of high-end architectural finishes, new MEPF systems, exposed ceilings, and glass office fronts.
