Meet Nate, an accomplished Senior Project Manager at Eno Company, where he oversees day-to-day operations, including estimating, procurement, buyout, and coordination of trades. With a keen focus on cultivating strong strategic relationships with clients and subcontractors, Nate takes pride in fostering healthy and productive partnerships for his projects.

 

Drawing from 15 years of experience in the commercial construction field, Nate's journey began with hands-on work in various scopes, ranging from concrete walls & foundations to site work, utility installation, steel erection, masonry, and equipment operation. However, fueled by a desire to expand his horizons, he made the bold decision to pursue an associates degree in construction management. Nate's dedication paid off, graduating with a remarkable 4.0 GPA and earning recognition on the president's list for all semesters.

 

Nate's management career commenced with a small general contractor in upstate NY, where he fine-tuned his skills before progressing to a prominent GC consistently ranked among ENR's top 400 contractors. It was here that he honed his expertise, which continues to drive his success today. Throughout his career, Nate has been extensively involved in projects within the educational, light industrial, office, and life sciences markets, skillfully navigating both out-of-ground structures and occupied interiors work.

 

Beyond the professional realm, Nate cherishes spending quality time with his beloved wife and children, Clara and Caleb. When not overseeing projects or with his family, he indulges in his passion for fishing. Additionally, Nate enjoys the challenge of maintaining a lush green lawn in the scorching North Carolina sun, despite admitting to facing occasional setbacks in achieving this feat.
