In his position as Superintendent for Eno Company, Zak is responsible for the supervision of renovations, life science, and new construction.  With his experience, Zak takes pride in problem-solving issues that may arise in the field, as well as building relationships with the clients that we work closely with.

 

Zak is responsible for on-site supervision and coordination of all activities pertaining to the project.  He is responsible for jobsite safety, scheduling activities with trade partners and vendors, and coordinating inspections and activities that affect occupants.  Zak is the on-site representative for Eno Company that works with the Owner, Architect, Project Manager, and trade partners to ensure a successful project.

 

Zak has over 15 years of experience in commercial construction. Before starting his career in construction, Zak received an Associate in Arts from Lenoir Community College and then on to graduate from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a Minor in Business. After completing his education, Zak has gone on to work on a wide range of projects from Historic Mill Renovations, Schools, Places of Worship, and Multi Family across central North Carolina.

 

While not a work, Zak stays active while raising boy/girl twins alongside his wife who is a Nurse in Wake County.
