As Co-Founder of Eno Company, Matt is responsible for creating and implementing overall company strategy including business development, preconstruction, and ensuring best in class project delivery. 

 

His passion for diligent performance and customer service has led to successfully delivering over 3M SF of space in the triangle area.  Regarded as having commercial interiors expertise, Matt also has extensive experience in industrial, life science, and mission critical systems.  He believes in building genuine lifelong relationships, and values resourcefulness and proficiency when executing work.  As the son of an iron worker, Matt maintains a strong belief of hard work with no excuses, so don’t be surprised to witness him in the field putting work in place with the team - helping in any way he can. 

 

Prior to founding Eno Company, Matt performed project management, preconstruction, business development, and lead the special services group for DPR Construction in RTP for nearly 8 years.  During his time at DPR he was able to deliver space for some of the most innovative and advanced companies in the nation.  Prior to DPR, Matt served in construction operations for Duke Realty for over 8 years.  At Duke Realty he learned the value of being efficient and creative, quickly delivering class A office space while exceeding the expectations of clients throughout the triangle area.  These combined experiences give Matt the ability to coordinate and quickly deliver highly technical space efficiently, creating the highest possible value for clients he serves.   

 

Matt graduated from Western Carolina University in 2006 with a B.S. in Construction Management, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and is a Licensed General Contractor.  Matt also serves on the Board of the Pulmonary Hypertension Association and is in engaged in many community initiatives in the area. 

 

In his free time, Matt loves spending time with his beautiful wife and 3 young sons.  He enjoys golfing, cooking, and traveling.
